Global Uranium Corp. is a Canadian company focused on worldwide exploration and development of uranium projects.

Global has a world class management team of professionals who have financed and built some of the world's largest uranium mines.

Global has acquired an international uranium exploration database assembled over a 30 year period by Denison Mines Limited ("Denison"), one of the pre-eminent uranium mining companies in the world. This database includes many uranium projects explored by Denison as well as many other base and precious metals projects.

Global's near term goal is to acquire uranium projects that can be fast-tracked to production and use the resulting cash-flow from operations to expand and develop its business.

The technical capability of Global is world class. The development team organized, financed and constructed the largest number of new projects in the history of Denison. In addition, the Global team was directly involved with the sales and marketing efforts at Denison to major customers around the world.

Stephen G. Roman, President & CEO
 
Mr. Roman is an entrepreneur/financier who has been involved in the resource industry over the past 30 years and has successfully identified, financed, developed, and brought into commercial production a number of mining and oil and gas projects. His past experience includes acting as a director and senior officer of Denison Mines Limited, Lawson Mardon Group, and Zemex Corporation. He also worked to modernize Canada's Armed Forces in 1984/85 as Policy Adviser to the Minister of National Defense. In addition, Mr. Roman spearheaded the privatization of two major petrochemical companies in Central Europe and was appointed Chairman of Novácke Chemické Závody, a.s., in 2002.

In recent years, Mr. Roman’s focus has been to finance and develop emerging junior, publicly-listed companies, which include: Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., Exall Energy Corporation, Polar Star Mining Corporation, Silvermet Inc, Verena Minerals Corporation and Global Uranium Corp (a private Ontario corporation). Mr. Roman is currently Co-Chairman and Director of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd, Executive Chairman of Exall Energy, Polar Star and Verena and President & CEO of Silvermet and Global Uranium. Mr. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario in the field of Geology and Geography. He's also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. 
 
Clifford H. Frame, Technical Consultant
 
Mr. Frame is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of resource project development, acquisition, marketing, financing, operations and production. He has extensive experience in the uranium industry as the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Denison Mines Limited (“Denison Mines”). Mr. Frame was also past President of OntZinc Corporation, Curragh Resources and was also Vice President Tara Mines, Ireland and Vice President Operations of Inco Australia. Mr. Frame is also currently the Chairman of Silvermet Inc. ("Silvermet") and a director of a number of junior mining companies. He is a Mining Engineering graduate of the University of British Columbia and two-time recipient of the “Mining Man of the Year” award.
 
H. Douglas Scharf, C.A., Chief Financial Officer
 
Mr. Scharf is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of experience in precious metals, base metals mining and uranium. He has been involved in numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions during the course of his career. Mr. Scharf served as Chief Financial Officer of Exall Resources Limited (now Gold Eagle), Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of HudBay Minerals Inc., Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Southern Cross Resources Inc. (now Uranium One Inc.), a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Inmet Mining Corporation, Vice President, Finance of Placer Dome Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of the Dome Mines Group. Mr. Scharf is a Director of Gold Eagle and Chairman of Asia Now Resources Corp. Mr. Scharf is the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Polar Star. Mr. Scharf holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University in Toronto.
 
Andrew C. Rickaby, Director & Technical Consultant
 
Mr. Rickaby is a professional engineer with over 40 years of operating and management experience in the uranium mining industry in Canada, the U.S.A and Kazakhstan. He was the former Vice President of Mining Operations of Denison Mines. Mr. Rickaby has served two terms as Chair of the Ontario Mining Association and is currently a consultant and Director to a number of mining enterprises. Mr. Rickaby holds a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering degree from Queen’s University.
 
Charles Vickers, Director
 
Mr. Vickers has 30 years experience dealing with resource based companies. He is the President of Greyling Investments Inc. and is also Trustee of Nelson Bunker Hunt Trust Estate – Trust B as well as a Member of the Management Committee, Helios Capital Management LLC.  Mr. Vickers was the Chairman and President of Troutline Investments Inc. until the company successfully merged with three oil and gas companies to become Innova Energy Ltd., of which he continues to serve as a Director. Mr. Vickers graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and from Texas Tech University with a Master of Science degree in accounting.  Mr. Vickers is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
 
George A. Flach, Vice-President, Exploration
 
Mr. Flach is Global's geological consultant and Vice President, Exploration of Verena Minerals. He has 25 years experience in the exploration and mining industry. The past 20 years were spent primarily in West Africa where he has been responsible for a number of major gold discoveries. The principal discoveries were made on behalf of Golden Star, Ashanti Goldfields and Gold Fields of South Africa.
